it depends on which dialect I'm grabbing from usually? Like typically I pronounce it as a homophone to berry, but if I'm pulling from the area with crick and roof without the long o, then to rhyme with furry is more likely to come out? (thank u summers in the tristate for messing up my accent)
When I'm just talking, it tends to be quasi-homophonous with "berry," if not quite the same—the e in "berry" is more a-like—but when I read it the "hurry"/"furry" pronunciation takes over.

Well, i think there's a tiny-but-audible unstressed syllable when i say it. STRAW-br-EE, GOOSE-br-EE, BLACK-br-EE. It disappears if i'm talking fast and then it's just strawbree.

for some reason the voice makes me think of RWBY which reminds me i need to watch Season 3
ironically it doesn't quite answer my question because i can't quite hear conclusively which one it is

(apologies for crappy mic/crappier voice)
i'm very self-conscious about it, which means everything i say feels kind of forced/fake somehow
