As for the income inequality argument, I could see that being used against space tourism (which is a rich person's bailiwick, and likely to remain so for the foreseeable future), but space exploration is by and large a government endeavor and, while it has been politicized in the past, we've learned a lot about the universe and Earth itself from it.
I saw the last one a while back on Twitter and thought there was a half-decent point in there but it was also really stupid. I didn't realize it was Sam Kriss at the time but that kind of explains it.
