  all i know about this show, aside from it being an american cartoon about a boy (and his dog, right?), is that it is actually titled "Doug" and not "Brand Sparkling New Doug"

  "Brand Spanking New Doug," the title Disney applied to the show when it first appeared on ABC in 1996 in proto-One Saturday Morning

  Honestly I feel like Pepper Ann is a similar idea done much better

  
  

  It wouldn't have been out of place on Nick either and if it had been picked up by Nick it would be on Netflix or something by now ;_;
