  Every character in ME1 is ass-boring except Wrex
  
  By 3 pretty much everyone is way better written, except Ashley and Jacob who kinda hover near where they were beforehand

  Same in my first, did a second one where I killed Ashley instead and was pleasantly surprised with his development
  
  Like I said Ashley stays pretty boring though
