As I've pretty much caught up with the entire show and now know what's been going on and everything important about the show (e.g. The gem war, the cluster, Garnet being best gem, etc) I can now waltz right into any SU thread and act as if I know lots of things about some dumb cartoon people watch and have everyone around me think I'm being a huge idiot about it.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
That's what happens when you bring these threads into the domain of the master of televised sports, and corporate cross-promotion, and puffing up the audience so I can charge more for commercial spots
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
Amethyst seems like she'd enjoy playing football.
Pearl would probably berate her for not going easy on the human players, though.
The National Weather Service reports that CN's Headquarters in Atlanta (the same place that Desiigner has broads) is currently experiencing intermittent thunderstorms, and a high of 84.

My thing was that I was expecting the Cluster itself to be an eldritch abomination type thing, though I guess such a thing wouldn't have really been a tonal fit.
Steven's freakouts made me worry that he was going to recede into his Gem for a bit, though, so if anything jumped out as particularly intense to me it was that.

I was wondering if the Cluster would at all resemble the Greedy from Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure in how it moved, but this show is made on a TV budget and schedule so that might have been too much for that
I'm just going to cry forever over Steven thinking he was going to die and saying "I love you Peridot" and also the very end of Super Watermelon Island for similar reasons
You know, I find it a huge shame that the spoilers ruined the whole "giving the episode a deliberately nondescript name and beginning it like a filler episode" distraction tactic.

See, this is why I avoided the teasers and stuff. I thought it was going to be "Part 1: watermelon fun time, Part 2: Journey to the Center of the Earth" but then 3 minutes in I just went nuts.

Same here!
I knew Malachite was coming back, but I didn't expect it to be that soon.

Spoiler:
I like how Steven's like "I can bubble you!" and starts bubbling individual shards and we're all thinking "oh, naive little Steven, how cute" and then that turns out to ACTUALLY BE THE SOLUTION.
