It's a 16-bit Windows 3.1 app, so your best bet would be getting Windows 3.1 running in DOSBox.
Or, if you wanna get ambitious, you could run Windows 95 (or any 32-bit Windows) in a VM. That's probably overkill, though.
Also I'm sure that's easier than it actually is, but I had tribals getting DOSBox to work when I last tried using it. So that makes me mildly bleh on it all. Oh well.
I've been turned off to DOSBox for a while because of their attitude toward supporting people not running games. For whatever reason, if you say you're trying to get productivity software going on it, they will rather rudely tell you to fuck off. It's made me wonder if DOSBox needs a fork. :P
