I really liked Animorphs when I was a kid, I reread it recently and it didn't quite grab me the same way.

#25 because POLAR BEARS

Okay, seriously now.

#10 introduces Erik the Chee, so that's on the list.

The best Ax stories are #18 and #38. They really get into how it is to be an alien among friends.
