To clarify, my favourite families of colours are blue-greens (cyan, turquoise, teal, sea foam, robin's egg) and deeper, darker reds (oxblood, rust, scarlet), but in isolation: Pure blue, maybe with the faintest hint of violet, totally saturated, slightly darker than it is light but nevertheless luminous. The sort of blue that Yves Klein was obsessed by.

I also like forest green, because it reminds me of walking through a forest in the middle of summer, and the freshness and non-stressful nature of it all, pun unintended.

Green has always been my favorite color.

I'm also partial to brown and other earth tones and pastels like baby blue. Yellow deserves an honorable mention too.

Yves Klein Blue is FASCINATING. It's the closest (I thought, at least) there is to Stygian blue
