  I just realized that if Skyrim wanted to have a really cool finale, they should have had every named Nord you've killed show up instead of just the Civil War peeps. I mean, that would be a struggle, but they could have at least had some peeps from sidequests that weren't The Worst Sidequest

  One of the things I really dug about Skyrim was the melancholy feeling of "shit, now what?" accompanying the end of both central quests. It's only half intentional but it's still an emotion only Skyrim has managed to evoke that strongly in me.
