  I should be surprised by this, but Chinese businesses have lost the ability to do so TBH.  I've just come to expect the casual presentation of egregious hazard to ordinary users/employees.

  Well yeah, when it's buried inside an insulated plastic appliance with a grounded internal casing and no exposed live voltage, fine.  But...I mean, Jesus.
