Look Bob. When you headed for the door ten minutes after we went to the disco, I was hurt, I'll admit it. And that stuff you said about how you'd rather be at home listening to your records hurt even more.
Bob, we all know you love that old time rock and roll, but we like your company, and it's the 70s so we foolishly thought you would tolerate disco long enough to spend time with us. We just like to spend time with you Bob, and the fact that you can't bear to be around us hurts. Nobody is calling you a relic or over the hill. We just wish you'd be a bit more open-minded.
We all love you Bob, but we don't love the way you're acting, and you better shape up if you don't want to spend all your time at home listening to that old time rock and roll.
