Isn't that kind of the point? Gay and transgender folks have noticeable differences in brain development and anatomy, to say nothing of the cocktail of hormones. Like, this is why straight camps don't work.
The kind of fluidity you're talking about happens, but it's vanishingly rare in the general populace. And if anything, transphobes usually base their bigotry on assuming that trans people are just pretending rather than actually expressing built-in identity.

Nah, what I'm saying is that transphobes believe whatever gender you're assigned at birth has to be the only gender you're ever allowed to be.
You don't get to say "well, maybe I'm actually a girl" or "well today I'm a girl, but some days I'm a boy" or anything like that.
