  You know what's awesome? Medications with conflicting side effects.

  
  

  One of my medications puts me to sleep. The other causes insomnia.

  
  

  What this means is that there's a short window after I take the "sleepy" one when I have to get myself to bed, because if I let the sedation wear off, the insomnia from the other pill kicks in and I'll be up all night.
