    The creators of works of art that have been deemed to be Art

    I had an informal rule that things had to be at least 20 years old to be deemed Art, but some things demand to be recognized as such as soon as possible. So for TV shows, they have to not be currently running, not 20 years old. (Though depending on how long the show has been running, the "not currently running" rule can perhaps be waived; see The Simpsons)
