I prefer composition books to spiral notebooks when it comes to taking notes because I tend to screw up the spirals on the latter after a few pages.
But for some reason, most stores only seem to carry wide-ruled composition books. Why is that? Is it primarily elementary schoolers who use these or something?
I mean, yes, I have big handwriting, but not that big!
(I eventually did manage to find some college-ruled ones, at Big Lots of all places. I was tempted to load up since I have trouble finding them most of the time, but I just got what I need for now.)
