  also I do have to wonder to what extent all the Marvel movie rights are back home in the National Universal world

  
  

  In preparation for buying Marvel, NBC had its film subsidiaries give up any Marvel rights they still held: New Line had to hand over Blade and Deadpool, while Universal handed back the Hulk and Namor. It's been over eight years since Marvel became part of NBC Turner/National Universal. Surely, it's been able to cut through the red tape of Sony and 20th Century Fox.
