  The cats are necessary for the heaven meta as without cats, the sparrows oversaturate the play field. Heaven starts looking like limbo when all you have every damn day are sparrow dittos.

  What do you think about the Chordata update? I've been running it with the otters, and I'm doing better with melee but Asmodeus is impossible now

  Dinosaurs are really underrated in the heaven meta. The crazy stunts they pull in sheol are unbelievable! I've never seen an animal that large get the kinda DPS that CHEETAHS are known for!

  All that said, most of these cat players are stupidly predictable.
  
  Pounce > cat scratch fever > scaredy cat, repeat step 1
  
  They don't even use caterwaul, which is one of the best buffs in the game, and not to mention essential to raising the poison damage from CSF after the v2.1.3 patch. They just rely on nine lives for the passive heals. It works fine for ganking sparrows, but they're Avians, they're not known for durability.
  
  The second they go up against some Dog veterans on the German Shepherd build from the days of Beta, these scrubs get utterly wrecked even though with ONE extra key press they could have an even match.
  
  Looking forward to the next expansion so we can get more diversity in the DPS game with the Cephalopods. High Intelligence DPS builds, magic spam, here we come!

  Jellies are in a really weird spot, gameplay wise, like, they wanna play long games but lack the speed and defense to keep it up without support. I feel like there's some secret PvP Jelly tech that the community hasn't cracked yet because I've seen some very cool PvE Scyphozoa builds that usually run with clownfish and an Echinoderm of some description, usually starfish.
  
  Not to mention they are one of my favorite species when it comes to lore.
