What happened to Blue Sky Studios under Disney?

In 2014, The Walt Disney Company acquired 21st Century Fox, and along with it, Blue Sky Studios, perhaps best known for the Ice Age movies. I just wonder if Disney would abide by Ice Age: Collision Course, and if John Lasseter and Ed Catmull would abide by having a feature animation studio in the fold they didn't oversee.

So tell me, Master of Alternate Realities: Was The Peanuts Movie Blue Sky's finale? Or will Blue Sky hang in there?
