The sanity meter is a bar that shrinks as you add onto your insight stat, which you want to add onto, because you can use it to buy stuff and see invisible things.

Except then enemies do certain attacks at you, or in certain cases, just fucking look at you, and then the bar fills up lightning fast and instantly drains 90 % of your health at once unless you have a relatively costly item to cure it.

Oh Bloodborne's a great game.

The Frenzy system is just super dumb. It only comes up with a few enemies, and like, one boss, so it's not as bad as it oculd be.
