kinda wanna get a computer with windows 8 to use as my non-[browsing/gaming/personal computer] but rather as my work computer, doing all the things that "normal people" might do
well, by work computer I mean i'd need the following features/programs: * reading PDFs * printing documents * using MS Office and LibreOffice * installing at least two browsers that are not IE, for checking e-mail and basic web browsing * running specialized software such as ArcGIS preferred: * touchscreen for easy image editing in Paint or GIMP * can lay-flat screen like a tablet, in vertical format, for easy document reading
