Very, very giggly. I smile a lot and laugh more often than I do normally. Also, I'm clumsier than I normally am, but that's kind of to be expected from drinking alcohol.

Regarding Native Americans: If memory serves, they weren't really introduced to alcohol until the Europeans brought it over to the Americas. So they basically spent many, many, many generations NOT drinking the stuff so their genetic makeup isn't designed to tolerate it because it wasn't an issue for several thousand years.

It's kinda depressing, really.
I always found that sort of reuse in the retail industry fascinating.
There's an Ollie's Bargain Outlet not far from here that uses old Wal-Mart carts (and you know carts are in shitty condition by the time Wal-Mart rejects them) without even bothering to cover the logos, and usually they bag your stuff in misprinted bags that were originally intended for other stores. Some of them have obvious production errors, like having the logo end up halfway off the bag, and others have subtle misspellings and the like.
I can see why finding Borders receipt tape suffering that fate would be sad, though. When I was a kid, my mother and I used to walk to Borders on summer days and buy chapter books to read together. Those days are over in more ways than I'd like to admit... :(

Man, I'd get like a manga volume every week just about. Boarders would always often hand out 30% off and sometimes even 40%(!!!) off coupons.
Barnes and Noble hands out a 20% if it's a special occasion.
I need to keep my eye on Powell's though. I got lucky the other day and stopped in when it was 30% off everything, even board games.
Still, it's a damn shame about Boarders and them not getting on the digital band-wagon fast enough. In addition to how they sold books, I just kinda miss how their stores where laid out. Much more inviting then Barnes and Nobles. At least that one near me...

I don't remember much about Borders. I hadn't been to one in well over a decade by the time they closed, since they only ever had locations all the way across town from where I live now.
I'm kinda depressed now at the thought that there'll probably never again be a time when my mother feels up to walking places just for fun... :(
