A classroom with stark white walls. Rows of stark white desks perfectly aligned in a perfect grid. My fellow students and I, all dressed in identical perfect white uniforms, are marched in to take our seats. We cannot step out of line. We can only face perfectly straight forward and make eye contact with the teacher, the only living thing in the room permitted to display a color other than white.
