I was slightly thrown off that POUND and STERLING were in the same category, because they don’t usually include two words that refer to the same thing like that. Or is there a country where the currency is just called “Sterling” with no further qualifier?
I am aware of the irony of me, of all people, getting hung up on “Sterling”…
