  • HH is dead. Long live HH! [New forum feedback thread]

lee4hmz Is there a way to make it so the entire archive is only visible to logged-in users? That’d be preferable, I think.

What’s an obscure old HH injoke we could stick at the bottom of every page?

This should be a thing everyone’s able to do now. If it doesn’t work, please let me know.

Avenida changed the title to HH is dead. Long live HH! [New forum feedback thread] .

Do we want to make threads with the “personal” tag visible only to logged-in users, like they were on the old site?

Cool cool. I think I did that right. Please let me know if I accidentally broke anything.

I added a couple more tags, and assigned an icon to each one.

Oh, just FYI: Admins can see deleted threads.

(It’s no big deal, someone made a thread with messed up formatting and then deleted it and started over. But I thought this should be a thing everybody is aware of.)

salixbabylonika I looked for one and didn’t find much, but I can try again once I’ve gotten some sleep.

Hold everything: I found a plugin that will actually install, but I think it only does signatures at the bottom of the post. Try it out and let me know if there’s any issues.

lee4hmz For some reason it defaulted to only admins being able to set a signature, but it should be enabled for everyone now.

I just set a signature, now to see if it’ll actually show up.

It looks like they only show up on the OP, not any of the replies.

Which, personally, I am fine with.

It almost accepts the Markdown syntax for footnotes, but it just kind of eats the footnote.1

The number is there but the actual footnote text doesn’t appear. How odd.

It looks like the table syntax works3, at least.

I finally got around to filling out the tag descriptions
