That doesn't make sense, they can't milk nerd nostalgia

You know that and i know that.

But you're assuming Marvel knows that.

No, they don't, which is why ABC Warner will be watching with mixed emotions once the Marvel Empire's perch lowers in stature

Mad that we can't pump out endless DC movies, happy that the masses can move on from comic book superheroes

(I really want to do a Wonder Woman cartoon show sometime though)

can't he just leave by himself

    NO

If Howard didn't come to WBA in exchange for Porky, a motherfucking 80-year-old character, then NO DEAL

Howard the Duck would play a very pivotal role in Space Jam II

Though Porky no longer working for WBA would derail the plot as I currently have it

It's not slavery, it's just that he has a lifetime contract with Warner Bros. (which upon my reorganization I made a contract with Warner Bros. Animation, Inc.) and this contract could be traded to Marvel Characters for their contract with Howard the Duck

    Like in sports
  • I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I'm not saying that I did that. I would never trade Porky away.
  • he has a lifetime contract he can't get out of

    so it's slavery

They can be released from said contracts

The central characters of Cirque du Yogi are threatened with termination of employment at times

Anonus, what if you are actually becoming Jack Lipnick from Barton Fink.
  • I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I haven't seen that movie but I think I've been Jack Lipnick

you can do this with slaves too! unless you are in the antebellum south, but for the rest of human history you could totally release your slaves!
  • I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
During my brief stint as the owner of Columbia Pictures I was mad about them clinging to Spider-Man because I was tired of giving DISNEY free advertising and wanted to focus on IP that ABC Inc OWNED
  • I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
And now ABC Warner owns so much IP
