it's from the 1989 3-part story Survival

it was actually the last episode before the show went on hiatus for over a decade.  i haven't seen it, and i don't think it's regarded as one of the better ones.

Doctor Who episodes are fairly easy to find online

the BBC takes down uploads on Youtube every now and then, but you might try Dailymotion

As far as classic Who goes, I've only seen a complete Third Doctor story.

Also Dr. Who and the Daleks, but that doesn't really count.
