I've been sick the past few days and it's made me hungry :P

I eat moderately sized meals and allow myself one snack a day

sometimes i get super hungry beyond that and I'll get myself some toast or something

but really i dont force it too much because if you force it it becomes A Thing and once it's A Thing you start to try to think of ways around it and rationalizing your way out of it
